Since this has converted from Carlton Albarsha, new management is working hard to fix it. They are renovating rooms slowly and working hard. I saw quite alot of fixes in my last stay but still long way to go.

Ms. Precious is the most accomodating and professional front desk officer that i have met. She speaks with respect, she knows the needs of guest without being told, sensitive enough to give the most comfort to us. I really admire her. I also salute the housekeeper who brought and prepared the extta bed for us. Junior Suite was very comfortable.
